North Lake Tahoe Express Terms & Conditions

Important Information - Please Read

Travel time between the Reno-Tahoe Airport and North Lake Tahoe is estimated to be approximately 1 to 1.5 hours depending on traffic and weather conditions.

Fares and schedules are subject to change. North Lake Tahoe Express cannot assume responsibility for making airline connections.

Carrier assumes no responsibility for the acts or omissions of others, bad weather conditions, for lost or stolen baggage or personal items left behind. Timetables are approximate and not guaranteed. Drivers will not leave stops early. No stops will be made without reservations to lodging properties.

Airport Pickup Information

Meet your driver at the North Lake Tahoe Express airport counter; located just behind the rental car counters and next to Bell Limousine and Airport Mini Bus counter. This is an EXPRESS Service so all passengers must be ready to depart at scheduled times to avoid being rescheduled to another time.

North Lake Tahoe - Truckee Information

Please be ready 5-10 minutes early to allow time for loading luggage. This is an EXPRESS Service so the driver cannot wait if passengers are late. Thank you for your consideration and cooperation for other passengers. Departure times will be earlier if there is a winter storm.

Parking Information

There are two locations where you can park your car overnight to travel via the North Lake Tahoe Express airport shuttle.

• Truckee-Tahoe Airport. $4 per night,. Please pay inside the terminal.
• Incline Village Recreation Center. Go to the information desk with your registration form. If you are departing at a time when the Recreaton Center is closed please place registration form on your dash board for visibility.

If a round trip is changed to a one way trip the one-way rate will apply for the trip.

Our Location

The North Lake Tahoe Express Counter is located in baggage claim within the North Lake Tahoe Welcome Center just across from baggage carousal #5 in the Reno Airport.
